- We offer flat-rate shipping based on weight.
Orders under 50lbs: $20 Ground Shipping
Orders 50lbs and over: $100 Ground Shipping - Processing time for your order may take 1-3 days. Ground shipping may take 1-5 days.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- You will be provided tracking information once your order has been shipped via email

Returns/Exchanges/Reunds
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unopened. Simply return your product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
